I must say this is a satay outlet that worth to be recommended----Ah’s Basri Satay
(Some say taste better than Kajang satay!)
“Expect satisfaction for every “Cucuk”!
This is the special slogan that you can see it on your receipt. It is quite creative for me and I really satisfy with every “cucuk”, hahahaha…
These pictures are copied from other bloggers because we were too excited to eat once we reached home until I forgot to snap any photo…=P)
The satay is chunkier then what one will find from the ordinary satay stall. You can still feel the juicy and freshness of the meat when you bite it, YUMMY!

When my housemate and I walked into the outlet, we were welcomed by the Malays waiter there, asking:” Having here or take away?” (We just have our dinner and just wish to “tapao” for supper later, hehe).
She led us to a table labeled “J” and left us sit down with the menus and order form. Each table has order chits where you can write down your orders ala Old Town.
Then, she served mango drinks for us! (Frankly speaking, this is the first time I get served with seat and drinks PROVIDED even we just wish to “tapao”!

There were many varieties for us to choose from. They have even horse, ostrich and KANGAROO (??!!) meat for the more adventurous to try out.
Anyway, we just ordered a few types:
Chicken (original) - RM1.00
Lamb (original) - RM1.40
Lamb (black pepper) - RM1.60
Squid - RM2.50
Prawn - RM3.00

I like the flavorful squid satay the most! (The last time I tried grilled “sotong” was in Bali with my gangs). It brings back the memories…
Besides satays, they also provide set meals – 3 sticks of satay (of your choice) with rice (tomato rice, planta rice or nasi lemak).
Also, there are “wrap” provided for you to choose: Beef wrap, chicken wrap, etc which has a portion of the meat, together with some satay sauce, cucumber and vegetable. (Yet, we have full stomach to try that yesterday, maybe next time…)
Lastly, the taste is good, just the price is a bit higher compared to "normal" price...=P
